Blueberry Smoothie
1/2 cup chilled skim milk
1 packet of artificial sweetener
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup blueberries
Add all the ingredients EXCEPT the blueberries to a blender. Next add blueberries a few at a time and swirl after each addition until thick and creamy. Makes one serving. If you want a cooler drink use frozen blueberries.
